I have a heart for those in healthcare, and a core belief that when we know better, we do better.
That is certainly true in the surgical setting. Our teams and our patients deserve our best. I've scrubbed in. I've circulated. I've spent countless hours "on call", in the OR, Pre-Op, and PACU — in environments where the margin for error is thin and the pressure on its people is real. I know firsthand what it feels like when a team trusts each other completely, and I know the human and financial toll when they don’t.
That experience shaped one conviction I hold at the center of everything I do: the most valuable resource in any organization is its people. That’s what led me to found JSR Coaching — not to coach at leaders, but to partner with them.
At JSR Coaching, we provide elite leadership development that bridges the gap between technical expertise and human performance for clinical leaders and surgical teams. My clinical foundation, combined with a prior career in corporate sales and training, gave me a rare vantage point to bridge the business mind and the heart of healthcare.
